The Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six Resort and Marina has selected CBRE Hotels as the exclusive agent to sell the waterfront property. Located on SE 17th St. in Fort Lauderdale, the 384-unit property sits on 22.7 acres. The property offers five food and beverage outlets; three pools and a 41,000 square-foot event space. The marina facility features a two-story yacht brokerage building; and one of the largest and most prominent marinas in Florida with 7,100 linear feet and 112 slips, including space for 16 super yachts.
The property recently underwent a $23 million marina renovation and it has been pre-approved for the development of 58 new luxury residential units in two 11-story towers plus more than 30,000 square feet of retail and office space.
