On the brownfield in Průmyslová Street near the Europark Štěrboholy shopping center or the Fashion Arena outlet center, the construction of a new warehouse for the owner PRARENA 1, which is a sister company of PRAKAB Pražská kabellovna and also a member of the SKB group, has begun. It will be divided into three rental units, two of which will be occupied by Asbis CZ and Asbis Enterprises.
