Real estate consulting companies CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield Echinox are moving their offices to new office buildings this summer.
CBRE is moving from Aviatorilor 8 building to the new One Tower building, developed by One United Properties, where it will occupy approximately one floor, which has 1,400 sqm. Among the tenants of the building are Sanador and Element group, of the entrepreneur Ionuț Dumitrescu. CBRE has been appointed by One United to manage the office tower.
Cushman & Wakefield Echinox will leave its headquarters in Banu Antonache and move to the new Țiriac Tower building, owned by businessman Ion Țiriac, where it will occupy a space between 300 sqm and 500 sqm. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has been appointed by Tiriac Real Estate to manage the office building.
