CBRE Hungary is moving into Eiffel Palace, a newly rebuilt building that’s been transformed into class A office space through an investment by Horizon Development. CBRE will move into its new headquarters in the new year, in time to celebrate the company’s 21st anniversary in Hungary. It had been in its current headquarters for ten of those years, but MD Lóránt Kibédi Varga said it was time for a change. “This year, however, we doubled the number of our colleagues, launched new service lines and aim for further dynamic growth. The new office will be twice the size of the current one and will allow us to stay in the heart of the Capital, where we can continue to serve our clients from a well accessible, central location.” Eight months after opening, the building is 90 percent leased and was purchased by the Hungarian National Bank over the summer.
