CBRE Romania was appointed exclusive leasing agent of Romania’s tallest office building, Sky Tower, a project owned by Raiffeisen Property.
Sky Tower is part of Floreasca City Center, which also includes a smaller office building, FCC Office.
With a height of 137 meters and 37 floors, the project has a total lettable area of 41,200 sqm and is located on Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard in Bucharest.
Following an investment of over €100m, Sky Tower’s main structure was completed in July 2012 and its interior fittings should be completed by the end of the year.
