CBRE was appointed exclusive agent by Vastint Romania for the first two buildings of its mixed-use project Timpuri Noi Square, a 100,000 sqm mix of office and commercial spaces along with 50,000 sqm of residential space. Construction of the two buildings are progressing rapidly, with delivery planned for early next year.
