CBRE appointed Zdeněk Kašpar associate director of its industrial and logistics team in the Czech Republic. He joins CBRE from the occupier client side, having worked for DB Schenker as COO for the last 10 years. He was responsible for the P&L of 11 logistics sites and several hundreds of people across the Czech Republic as well as strategic business development of the division. He previously also worked in senior logistics positions at Sony and Kimberly-Clark. In his new position, Kašpar will advise companies across the Czech Republic on how to optimize their industrial and logistics space from financial and operational standpoints with a focus on logistic end-users.
