New Belgrade’s residential market has been attracting an increasing number of investors thanks to its infrastructure and proximity to shopping centers and office buildings, according to a new report by CBRE. Nearly 5,000 apartments were sold in the city in the first three months of the year, the data shows.
The biggest project currently underway is ABlok, which will feature 840 units, 296 of which have already been completed. The second phase will add 230 new apartments to the scheme. Apartments are on sale for between €1,700 and €2,200 per sqm.
