Oakland-based Evergreen Industrial Properties has selected CBRE to provide property management services for a 1.66 million square-foot industrial portfolio. The 34 buildings are located in the Gateway and South Pinellas submarkets of the Tampa/St. Petersburg, and encompass the Gateway Business Center, Gateway Business Park, Joe’s Creek Industrial Park, Metropointe Commerce Park, and Westbay Corporate Center. Notable tenants in its portfolio include FedEx, Lockheed Martin, Jabil, L-3 Communications, MTS Systems, Worldpac, Digital Lightwave, and Jagged Peak.
