CBRE Prague strengthened departments of Retail Letting, Tenant Representation and Global Corporate Services, Research, Capital Markets and Office Agency.
CBRE is pleased to announce strengthening of various departments during summer months. Veronika Tebichova, Associate Director, Head of Retail Letting Department
Veronika will be responsible for leading a retail team specialising in leasing of existing shopping centres managed by CBRE. She joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for letting of shopping centres since 2004. She holds an MBA and an MSc. in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University. She speaks English and Italian. Veronika’s hobbies include travelling and choral singing.
Simon Orr, Consultant,Tenant Representation and Global Corporate Services
Simon has 7-years of international experience in real estate in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. He was previously with DTZ’s office agency department in Prague for 15 months. Simon holds a humanities degree from the University of Glasgow and is halfway through an MSc in Real Estate. He speaks English, German and Czech and his main interests are football, golf and music.
Lenka Vasickova, Junior Researcher, Research
Lenka joined CBRE as a market analyst in the office agency team in 2011 and she specialises mainly in office occupier markets in her new position. Lenka graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Charles University in Prague in political science. She speaks Czech, English and French. Lenka´s hobbies include the study of financial markets, American political history and running.
