Luiza Moraru, head of retail at CBRE, and Ovidiu Ion, senior valuer at CBRE, are now certified members of the Romanian branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Moraru has 13 years of experience on the real estate market. She has been part of the retail department at CBRE Romania since 2005, representing numerous projects, including Era Park Iasi, Mures Mall, Adora Mall, Arena Mall and Cora Constanta. She is currently overseeing the property management at Sun Plaza in Bucharest.
Ovidiu has worked for CBRE since 2007.
