Jacksonville’s CBRE Group has opened a dedicated multifamily team for the purpose of strengthen its multifamily investment sales brokerage in North Florida. The new team will be led by Cliff Taylor, senior vice president, and Joseph Ayers, who is returning to the company’s Jacksonville office as vice president. Taylor is a real estate veteran with more than 14 years of experience in investment sales as part of CBRE’s investment properties platform. Ayers has more than 15 years on the leasing and development side and is returning to CBRE from Stream Realty Partners, Prior to Stream Realty, Ayers was an office property specialist with CBRE on teams in Denver and Jacksonville.
