CBRE announced that Zach Wendelin has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President in the company’s Advisory & Transaction Services division. Wendelin will be join the team of Shay Pope, Grant Killingsworth and Ryan Nunes and will be focusing on office occupier services for the South Florida market. Prior to joining CBRE, Wendelin worked for Jones Lang LaSalle following a four year stint with the U.S. Navy which saw him serve in Yokosuka, Japan. A native of Miami, Wendelin holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Miami.
