The office building Tower Center International, which has been unoccupied for the last three years, could finally fill up with tenants this year, reports CBRE.
Controlled by the Avrig 35, the building was completed in 2008 but has remained empty on Piata Victoriei Square due to a dispute between shareholders.
The tower was very well preserved and guarded in the meantime, as the heating and cooling systems were kept in working order, said the head of the office department of CBRE Romania, Catalina Jigman.
