BBI Development has selected CBRE as its exclusive agent for the leasing of Centrum Marszałkowska, its flagship Warsaw’s office development. Located in the center of Warsaw on Marszałkowska street, the project will offer 16,500 sqm of space, including 6,500 sqm of retail. The 11-storey building will have direct metro access. The project has already been granted a BREEAM certificate.
