A joint venture between West Palm Beach-based McCraney Property Company and Northwestern Mutual has assigned CBRE to act as leasing services agent for a new industrial spec development in Davenport, Florida. Park27 will consist of two new institutional-grade industrial buildings encompassing 603,027 square feet at 230-245 Deen Still Road. The new park will sit on 30.52 acres of land prepared for development, located in Polk County in the northwest quadrant of the Interstate 4 and US Highway 27 intersection.
“Demand for Class A industrial product within key geographic sectors including Davenport continues to outpace supply, so the timing for construction and pre-leasing is perfect,” said Steven McCraney, President and CEO of McCraney Property Company.
