Prime Management appointed CBRE to oversee 23 of its retail parks, totaling 273,000 sqm, in Germany. Under the agreement, CBRE will provide property and technical management for each retail park as well as real estate accounting services. CBRE now manages 55 retail parks in Europe, covering 857,293 sqm.
