CBRE won a tender to manage Immofinanz’s Czech office portfolio, totaling 82,500 sqm of leasable space. The portfolio includes Prague Office Park I and II, Aragonit, BB Centrum Gamma and newly also the Brno Business Park, the Austrian real estate company’s largest project in the Czech Republic, totaling almost 35,000 sqm of space. CBRE has managed the first four buildings since 2014 and the tender extends its engagement. In all, CBRE has 1.2 million sqm of office, industrial and retail properties under management.
