CBRE has taken over the management of the Onyx office building in Kraków. The investment offers 6,200 sqm of office space and is the fifth building owned by the Octava Property Trust to be managed by CBRE. The property was constructed by Buma in 2008. CBRE has a management portfolio of 2.4 million sqm, covering office buildings, malls, retail parks as well as logistics centers and warehouses.
