CBRE won a tender to manage Qubix, an 13,800 sqm LEED Platinum office building, for Reico, ÄeskĆ” spoÅitelnaās investment manager. This is the second property CBRE will be managing for Reico after City Tower. Both assets are located in PankrĆ”c-Prague 4. āThis site is a challenge for us not only in terms of the competition but also from the point of view of new opportunities the building presents due to its unique concept,ā said Zuzana KlabalovĆ”, director of the asset services office and industrial department at CBRE. Reico acquired the asset in 2014. In 2010-12, the building was thoroughly modernized and reconstructed by S+B Plan & Bau ÄR, part of S+B Gruppe. Austrian architect Ernst Hoffmann oversaw the reconstruction of the building, which was originally designed by Jan Å tĆpek in 1976 and completed in 1979.
