CBRE has been mandated by NEPI Rockcastle to provide property management services for the three flagship offices it owns in Bucharest. They are Floreasca Business Park, The Lakeview and Aviatorilor 8, which have a total leased surface of 70,580 sqm. The assignment brings CBRE’s property management portfolio to 770,000 sqm, of which 410,000 sqm are offices and 360,000 sqm are in retail real estate. The agreement with CBRE is a first in Romania in the sense that NEPI Rockcastle has until now carried out all of its property management through its own team.
