CBRE was named property manager of One Tower and One Mircea Eliade in northern Bucharest. The two projects were developed by One United Properties. One Tower is an office scheme, while One Mircea Eliade is a residential complex, part of the One Floreasca City project. The two projects offer 24,000 sqm of office space and 247 apartments. CBRE’s property management portfolio now exceeds 800,000 sqm.
