CBRE to sell 33,000 sqm warehouse in Nitra

22 September 2015

Slovenské energetické strojárne (SES) has appointed CBRE to sell a waste industrial warehouse near Nitra, western Slovakia. The warehouse covers 33,000 sqm and is equipped with cranes with high-load capacities and a railway spur. Tomáš Ostatník of CBRE’s industrial team in Slovakia says that the facility could attract future suppliers of the Jaguar Land Rover plant which is set to go up in Nitra. The SES warehouse was built in 1970 and was staffed with 800 workers before 1989. The facility shut down in 2012 when SES moved its production to Tlmače.
