The Belgrade-based real estate agency CBS International has announced that it will be joining the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. It’s a major shift, since the company has until now been associated with the CBRE Affiliate Network. In making the announcement, CBS International writes that it has built up a team of 70 professionals over the past decade to become the largest such agency in Serbia, providing a full range of services from development advisory to property valuation, investment advisory and project management. There is considerable talk in Belgrade of further changes afoot on the agency front, but little in terms of confirmed information.
