CCP buys historical house at Old Town Square in Prague

23 January 2017

Coast Capital Partners (CCP) bought the historic U červené lišky building across from the astronomical clock on Prague’s Old Town Square. The investor paid CZK 500m, or CZK 230,000/sqm, for the two-story Romanesque building with a small tower. The 2,000 sqm building is currently vacant after Komerční banka vacated the ground-floor unit. CCP, an investor focusing on luxury property in Amsterdam, Miami, Prague and London, has yet to decide on the future use of the building. Its co-founder, Daniel Aalsvel, told Hospodářské noviny that it will not be used for residential purposes.
