CBRE has been appointed as the asset manager for two IDI Gazeley logistics projects in Budapest. Located at Leshegy street 31, the two buildings, offering 12,000 sqm and 19,000 sqm of space, were recently acquired by IDI Gazeley, part of Brookfield Logistics Properties, from CarVal Investors. In addition to the Budapest properties, CBRE will take over management of 39 other IDI Gazeley logistics properties, totaling approximately 850,330 sqm of space.
CBRE manages 35 million sqm of assets across 25 countries in EMEA, including industrial, logistics, retail, office and premier properties. CBRE also manages more than 250 shopping centers, totaling 6 million sqm.
