CEE is building up an impressive supply of investment-grade office stock, but slower net absorption figures across the region are increasing the risks involved for all parties, even for financially powerful developers and investors. This panel will feature an in-depth discussion on the current pricing of office product and the mid-term prospects for new demand across the region.
