Peter Noack, CEO of Zeitgeist Asset Management, will be among the panelists at CEDEM 2019, which takes place on Sept 25 at Slovansky dům in Prague. He’ll be taking part in the discussion on Prague’s residential market, giving insights into why his company is looking for rental residential assets around the region. Zeitgeist focuses on the acquisition of existing buildings in attractive locations to reconstruct and expand them to lease as rental apartments or student housing. The remaining 25 percent of its portfolio is made up of office, retail and industrial properties. Zeitgeist recently completed the acquisition of six buildings in Warsaw previously owned by Orange for a reported €81m. “It’s our biggest ever acquisition and an important milestone in building a real estate portfolio across the countries of Central Europe,” said Noack.
