CEDEM 2022 brought together some of the Czech Republic’s leading commercial real estate investors and owners for a day of dynamic, stimulating discussions and high-level networking. The open and candid discussions excelled in what is currently reality for the industry and only a crystal ball phrased for what is to come in the future.
It’s hard to know exactly what to expect from work in 2022, especially with recent developments. COVID has now taken a back seat to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, with energy prices rocketing and inflation high, are the basic macroeconomic risks that appear to emanate from the war magnitude unpredictable? What are the potential impact points for the property market? This years 23th CEDEM conference covered these questions as well as the main sectors of real estate and what plans are being made to edge forward with change in the short term, while planning for the long term.
