The Slovak real estate market is extremely resistant. Year after year, investment in commercial real estate grew despite the economic turbulence and they have not been negatively affected even by pandemic. How will investments in real estate affect the war conflict in Ukraine? Will they be affected by rising inflation and rising energy prices? Where will the rise in interest rates stop and how will it affect the real estate market? Who are the main players in real estate investing? Still traditional bansk and real estate funds?
