Bratislava is in rental housing still on the tail of the European Union. While in our capital rental apartments reach only 1% of all apartments, the European average is about 10%. The city prepared a Housing policy concept and looking for solution how to increase low share of rental housing. Are the solution contracts with private developers? Will the pressure on the undersized residential market in the capital increase after the arrival of refugees from Ukraine?
