Ceetrus, formerly Immochan Polska, has leased 1,225 sqm of office space at the International Business Center in Warsaw. Deka Immobilien, the owner of the building, was represented in the transaction by Savills, while the tenant was advised by Colliers International. The tenant will relocate to its new office in late 2018. The International Business Center is located near the Politechnika metro station and offers 36,000 sqm of office space in two buildings.
