Cemacom increases capital by RON 7.7m

Cemacom, which manufactures construction materials, has reportedly increased its social capital by RON 7.7m between Oct. 14 and Nov. 13. The company’s nominal share value was estimated at RON 0.1 per share. It currently has 96 shareholders. KJK Fund SICAV-SIF II is the largest, controlling 34 percent of the company’s equity. Unsubscribed shares will be canceled. Cemacom is looking to increase its capital by RON 25m to cover losses in recent years.
