The construction materials producer Cemacon Cluj, a company controlled by the Pavăl brothers, the owners of Dedeman, ended the first semester with a turnover of RON 83.9 million, increasing by 46 percent, and a net profit of RON 21.5 million, double the level of H1 2020.

“The construction materials sector is going through a period characterized by a high level of demand and increased liquidity in the market; the constraints come from the limitations of production capacity and from the significant price increases for the main elements that determine the cost of production – gas, electricity, fuels, wood, etc. “, said the general manager of the company, Liviu Stoleru.

Cemacon has three production lines – two for ceramic blocks (bricks) and one for lintels. In total, the company has 250 employees.
