The Polish e-commerce company Ceneo took 2,200 sqm of office space in Vastint’s Business Garde complex in Wrocław. The new tenant is scheduled to move into the complex in March. Savills represented the tenant in the transaction. Roger Andersson, managing director of Vastint Poland, said the deal is the third lease closed in the project so far, and that he expected new to be announced soon. Located on a 7 ha site near the Magnolia shopping center on Legnicka, Wrocław Business Garden will comprise nine office buildings. The developer has delivered three of the nine buildings for a total of 37,000 sqm of space.
