Atlanta-based Centennial Holding Company has purchased the Crescent Crosstown apartment complex in Tampa Bay for $58.3 million. Built in 2013, the 344-unit community, Century Crosstown, is located less than a mile from Topgolf Tampa at 9712 Bosque Creek Circle. This purchase marks the third such acquisition for Centennial in the Bay area. The seller, Charlotte, North Carolina based Crescent Communities, sold the property for $169,476 per unit.
