CNL Healthcare Properties, based in Orlando, has purchased the Center One Office building in Jacksonville for $34.3 million. Built in 2007 at 10475 Centurion Parkway, the three story 94,500 square foot medical building traded for $363 per square foot. The seller, Physicians for a Better Jacksonville LLC, bought the construction site in 2005 for $1.8 million. At the time of closing the building was 100 percent leased.
