Forty Management is planning to complete Central District 4 Elements in the third quarter of this year. The mixed-use project is going up at the intersection of the Fizicienilor and Camil Ressu boulevards in Bucharest’s Titan neighborhood. The project is already fully pre-leased to companies like Profi. The scheme will offer 204 apartments as well as 1,400 square meters of commercial space.
