Central Group has closed two land acquisitions in Prague 9. The 9,000 sqm site allowing for the construction of 130 flats is located directly on the Střížkov metro station at the corner of Vysočanská and Lovosická streets.
The second site is located between the Střížkov and Ďáblice districts where Central Group plans to build 100 flats on a 19,000 plot. The head of Central Group Dušan Kunovský says that Střížkov is a new location for the developer, though it’s been looking for development plots since the metro opened there in 2008. Central Group has now closed ten acquisitions in 2015. The developer expects to invest a total of CZK 1.5bn in land acquisitions and projects during 2015.
