Central Group secured a use permit for its recently completed Residence Garden Towers in Prague 3-Žižkov. The project, the developer’s largest residential scheme to date, offers 700 flats in a complex featuring five 18-story towers built on top of a five-story base. The property includes roof gardens, a private yard, a restaurant, a grocery and a café. Central Group plans to keep the retail space and lease it. The complex is currently 90 percent sold with sales averaging CZK 57,800/sqm. Sales started two years ago at CZK 41,300/sqm. The last units are on offer at CZK 71,600/sqm.
