Central Group has completed Metropole, its largest residential project in Prague. The project includes 1,722 flats, of which only 33 units are still available, according to the developer. This brings occupancy in the sprawling Prague 5 residential scheme to 98 percent.
Metropole is comprised of 24 apartment houses adjacent to the Metropole Zličín shopping center and the metro line B terminus. The project includes a square with a park, shops and a restaurant.
