Central Group has reduced its basic capital from CZK 2.7bn to just CZK 290m. The majority shareholder Dušan Kunovský will get CZK 2.14bn through his company GOMC, based in Cyprus, writes the news server ČTK. The developer explained that the shareholders have decided to stop development activities. Central Group’s only activities will be providing services for its offices and investment fund.
