Central Group extended the lease for its Prague headquarters. The residential developer will pay a total of CZK 100m in rent over the next five years. The company is also hiring new staff. It expanded its team from 180 to 240 in the last two years.
Central Group is leasing 3,000 sqm of office space on five floors at the City Empiria office building in Prague 4-Pankrác. The owner of Central Group, Dušan Kunovský, says the company does not want to own and manage its headquarter space. Rather, the developer’s strategy is to invest the maximum of its equity into acquisitions and development projects.
