Central Group sold 1,000 flats in 2015, making it the most active Czech residential developer. The figure marked a 20 percent jump compared to 2014. Extremely low mortgage interests and diversification of its offer have been the main drivers of the company’s growth. The company revealed that it had just sold seven units at Residence Garden Towers in Prague 3 Žižkov to a single investor. The company has currently 657 flats on offer in ten locations and plans to add further 500 more across five locations in spring. It also plans to start construction on 1,000 flats in ten locations in 2016.
