The largest Czech residential builder Central Group starts selling apartments in this year’s fourth new location in Prague. The U Hostivařské přehrady project in Prague’s Háje will offer 287 modern flats, a kindergarten and a new playground. The advantage of the project is the location near the dam, forest park and subway.
The U Hostivařské přehrady project is the second location that Central Group is launching in this part of Prague in the last year. “The demand for housing is huge here, and we expect a similar success as our project Výhledy Chodovec, which we presented last autumn. Both locations are connected by the fact that they are surrounded by nature, and at the same time there is great accessibility to the city center,” says Michaela Tomášková, Executive Director of Central Group.
In total, there will be almost three hundred new flats in eight houses, from smaller 1 + kk and 2 + kk to practically designed 3 + kk and 4 + kk. All apartments will have balconies or spacious terraces and most of them have a parking space and a cellar, which are always included with Central Group. For selected units, air conditioning or a modern ventilation system with heat recovery and after-cooling for comfortable and healthy living is designed.
The project will also include a new playground in the courtyard. In the future, a kindergarten is planned to be established here. Commercial premises will be created on the ground floor of the house, which will be transformed into shops, services, restaurants and cafés.
