Central Group launches Harfa Living, where first 50 new flats sold are a quarter cheaper

11 April 2023

The new Harfa Living project in Prague 9 brings unbeatable prices for new apartments. The prices of 1-bedroom apartments in the initial introductory stage range from CZK 3.6 to 4 million and 2-bedroom apartments from CZK 5.4 to 6 million. These prices are roughly a quarter lower than the rest of the supply of new flats on the Prague market. The current introductory prices apply only to the first 50 flats sold.

Central Group is responding with this special offer to the deterioration of housing affordability due to high prices of new flats and very expensive mortgages. “For the introductory phase of the Harp Living project, we have managed to negotiate discounted pricing terms with building contractors, which we can now offer to our clients. This is thanks to accelerated payment to contractors, a system of stream construction with high repetition and a large construction volume in the Ekonomy standard,” says Dušan Kunovský, founder and head of Central Group.

The average price of new flats in Prague is now over CZK 150,000 per square metre including VAT. In Prague 9, the average price is CZK 138,000 per sqm. In comparison, prices in the introductory stage of the Harfa Living project are approximately CZK 105 thousand/m², which is about a quarter less than the usual in this part of the metropolis.

“Compared to the usual offers on the market, people can save more than CZK 1 million when buying a new apartment in Harfa Living. The prices of 1-bedroom flats here in the initial introductory stage range from CZK 3.6 to 4 million, and 2-bedroom flats from CZK 5.4 to 6 million. These are unbeatable prices in Prague,” confirms Kunovský. These amounts include a private balcony for each apartment and VAT. In case of interest, it is also possible to buy an underground parking space and a storage cellar.
