Central Group is planning to put 500 flats on the market this spring, including those going up in new phases of existing Prague projects like Letňanské zahrady and Nad Modřanskou roklí. The first 70 flats at Jižní výhledy, a new middle-segment project going up in in Prague 5-Stodůlky, will also be put on sale, while in the high-end segment, Central Group plans to launch sale of flats in the newly completed Rezidence Na Bertramce.
In all, Central Group will have 800 units on sale in 13 locations around Prague and plans to offer an additional 1,000 new flats in the second half of the year. In 2016, Central Group sold 1,234 flats, totaling CZK 5.2bn, bringing its market share to 20 percent. Its sales volume rose 25 percent y-o-y in 2016. The developer’s head, Dušan Kunovský, foresees 2017 sales increasing by 10 percent. Prices are also expected to increase this year.
