Central Group plans to build 5,600 flats and 500 family houses in Prague over the next five years. The developer’s CEO, Dušan Kunovský, said that the company has sufficient landbank and secured planning permits for the construction of 3,600 apartments. Central Group plans to expand its activities in Zličín, Horní Měcholupy, Pitkovice and Brandýs, and launch marketing on projects in Nusle, Žižkov, Vinohrady, Kamýk and Košíře. It will also add smaller units worth less than CZK 1m into its portfolio. Kunovský said buyers have become extremely price conscious and only large projects on the city outskirts are meeting their price expectations these days.
