Central Group sold 712 flats, totaling CZK 2.8bn, in the first half of 2016. This represents a 44 percent increase in the number of sold flats y-o-y. The developer warns, however, that with planning blocked by Prague authorities, new flats completions will be slow. Central Group currently has 2,000 units under construction, the majority of which has already been sold. The company foresees sales totaling 1,100 flats for the whole of 2016, with revenues near CZK 4bn. In 2015, Central Group sold 1009 flats, earning CZK 3.5bn. The company has not revealed its net profit for 2015, pointing to the complicated consolidation process of a concern that includes 80 companies.
