Central Group has launched flat sales at its high-end Rezidence Nikolajka project in Prague 5. The project has attracted strong interest, with 400 potential buyers reportedly contacting the developer before sales officially started. Rezidence Nikolajka offers 105 units in two apartment buildings, ranging from one-room studios to five-room penthouses with spacious roof terraces. Flats are on offer from CZK 3.3m to CZK 27.9m. Most flats has already been fully completed.
