Central Group plans to put 600 flats across eight locations and 22 family houses on the Prague residential market in spring. The list includes a new phase of the Letňanské zahrady project in Prague 9 Letňany, Nad Volyňkou project in Uhříněves on the outskirts of Prague and further expansion at Residence Park Nikolajka in Prague 5 Smíchov. The developer will follow up with Rezidence U Muzea, a 42 apartment scheme just above the Wenceslas square in Vinohrady. Rezidence Na Bertramce, another high end project in Prague 5 Smíchov, is in the works, and is scheduled for completion in June 2017. Central Group’s head Dušan Kunovský says, however, that the developer’s main focus is on the middle market. In all, Central Group has 1,300 new units in the pipeline for 2016.
